It was the first ever Cruise Planners Luxury Forum that was held in Fort Lauderdale’s Convention Center, August 8-10, 2017.  Two full days of intensive training and opportunities to meet and network with numerous travel partners and fellow Cruise Planners agents.  Linda Kolanko, attended the forum in an effort to better learn how she can better assist  her clients to achieve the best experiences and collect precious lifelong memories, and in turn grow our business.

Check out our video which will give you insight on what we experienced and what it was about.

The forum included opportunities for making personal connections with the sales representative and the company that they represent.  These relationships are precious in that they do help to help enhance your experiences and help us mutually grow our businesses.  A level of support not available through online internet discounters or call centers.

Surprise guest appearances from Frank Del Toro, CEO and President of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCL, Oceania, Regent Cruises), and  Edie Rodriguez, the CEO and President for Crystal Cruises were among the highlights of the event.

The forum featured a trade show where we agents can collect brochures and speak with numerous representatives.

We met with the upper sales managers, one-on-one, from Viking River Cruises, Silversea, Star Clippers, Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection for cruises, and for land packages - Abercrombe & Kent.

You'll find that our knowledge and experiences do make a difference in your overall experience.  From the booking and planning stages, the actual experience itself, and beyond.

We strive to provide our clients with quality attention and customer service by answering all inquiries and questions as promptly as possible.  Be there to help resolve issues as they arise, and do things that the internet cannot provide.  We are available to you with a phone call 24/7.  Something store front companies cannot offer you.

The best part...We don't charge you a penny!
