Cruise Planners - Cruise Pros Plus owner/agent is proud to announce that she has achieved the recognition and certification of CLIA "Master Cruise Counsellor".
Linda Kolanko has achieved this recognition from CLIA (Cruise Line International Association). This certification can only be attained with knowledge and experience gained from CLIA and partner cruise line seminars/courses, numerous shp inspections, actual travel on a number of different ships and cruise lines, and a minimum number of stateroom sales.
Not every agent selling travel or cruises is always certified. The agency to which they belong may be a member of CLIA, but the agent themselves may not be. The agents who are not may lack the expertise and knowledge that could be a priceless value to the customer.
Master Cruise Counsellor is the next tier of certification after Accredited Cruise Counsellor. Accredited Cruise Counsellor must first be achieved.
The next tier is Elite Cruise Counsellor. Which like that for accredited, and master certification, requires additional courses, inspections, and minimum stateroom sale requirement. Linda has begun her journey to achieve the next step - Elite.
