Sugar Bay St. Thomas Resort (“Sugar Bay”) owned by the Sugar Bay Club and Resort Corporation (“Owner”) was operating as a Dreams® branded-resort. This partnership will be concluded as of Midnight, December 31, 2015.
Guests that have reservations at this resort after December 31, 2015, are not be guaranteed the Dreams® brand standards, signature concept and Unlimited-Luxury® inclusions. The guest experience and inclusions will be at the discretion of the Owner.
Guests who have reservations or arrive at the property after December 31, 2015, have the ability to cancel their reservations without penalty.
Guests scheduled to arrive after December 31, 2015 can cancel their existing booking and rebook at the same rate in the resorts listed below:

All reservations are based on availability. Should the rate at the new resort be lower than that paid, AMResorts will reimburse the difference to the guests. When taking advantage of the above hotel changes, reservations should be canceled at Dreams Sugar Bay and rebooked at the new AMResorts® reservations.
Unfortunately AMResorts® is not able to absorb airline change fees and any differences in the fare, due to contractual limitations.
