Galveston Welcomes the Carnival Freedom

This weekend the City of Galveston, Texas, welcomed the Carnival Freedom. This ship is now one of three cruise ships sailing from Texas to the Western Caribbean. The Carnival Freedom will be sailing 7-night roundtrip Galveston, Texas, itineraries.
The Carnival Freedom has joined two other ships that sail out of Galveston. They are currently the Carnival Magic and the Carnival Triumph.
The Carnival Freedom is a member of the Conquest Class of ships. It is a sister ship to the Carnival Conquest that had sailed from Galveston years ago and was replaced by the newer and larger Carnival Magic.
