Is an Azamara Club Cruise for you?

Yesterday, we with a group of Cruise Planners met with Mitch Platt, a Business Development Manager for Azamara Club Cruises. We learned about what makes Azamara "Azamazing".
It's small intimate and elegant ships that offer a country club atmosphere. Go to places that are not accessible by larger ships. Offer more inclusions in the price than larger ship brands. Offer longer stays or more overnights enabling you to immerse yourself deeper into the culture of the destination you are visiting. Similar experiences to that of river cruising, but to places only accessible by ocean.
Azamara offers unique itineraries that include ports not accessible to the larger more popular ships. Their itineraries are never repeated. Great for a destination collector who feels they have seen it all on larger ships. Offer a country club casual experience with open seating for dining. Casual country club attire is recommended. However, no shorts or distressed jeans in the dining room for dinner.
They take you to the heart/center of a city or town in the country being visited so that you simply walk off the ship and you are in the center of town. IE: St. Petersburg, Russia - the ship parks on the Neva River in front of the Hermitage Museum. Or, during the Film Festival, arrive in the center of Cannes to enjoy the festivities.
The inclusions that are not customarily included on other larger ship cruise brands are: AzAmazing Evening entertainment on most journeys. Select standard spirits, international beers and wines, gratuities, bottled water, soft drings, specialty coffees and teas, self-service laundry, shuttle service (where available/necessary) and concierge services for personal guidance and reservations.
You will not sacrifice the entertainment that are offered on larger ships of their sister brands Royal Caribbean or Celebrity. Such as productions shows, casinos, spa, gym, disco and parties. They are still fun, but fit to scale for the limited space available. IE: White Night Party - everyone is asked to wear white. At which the buffet, which includes lobster tail, will be served by the ships officer
