To the excitement of Texans, and to those wishing to experience the Western Caribbean in Disney style, Tinkerbell waved her wand and the pixie dust fell on Galveston, Texas.
It was made official today by an announcement by Disney Cruise Lines that the Disney Magic will be coming to sail to the Western Caribbean, visiting Grand Cayman, Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico.
Disney Cruise Line offers quality cruises that are different from other cruise lines in their offerings. With emphasis on over-the-top high quality and exciting entertainment, they do not offer a casino. Their staterooms are spacious, enabling families to sail comfortably (some staterooms can accommodate up to 5 people). Most staterooms offer split bathrooms that facilitate preparing to go to dinner or to start the day easier and quicker. Rotational dining - never the same dining room day after day. There are more "Disney differences" for you to enjoy and explore. Great for people of all ages, especially multi-generational families.
The Disney Magic is the original ship owned and operated by Disney. It currently sails out of Port Canaveral, Florida during the fall to spring months, and sails the Mediterranean during the summer months. It is the same size as the Disney Wonder, but is smaller than the new Disney Dream, and soon to be released Disney Fantasy.
