You thought the Carnival Breeze was a lot of fun! Just wait. The fun has only begun!
Today we met with our Carnival Cruise rep to share lunch and to learn about what is new with Carnival Cruisesand how it will affect our clients.
The good news is this! The Carnival Breeze will be replaced by the 1st Carnival Vista class ship the Carnival Vista! The Carnival Vista will feature the first IMAX theater on the ocean. It also offers the SkyRide which are bicycles that are ridden on a track above the ship. There will be two tracks so that you can compete with a family member or friend to see who is the fastest. There will be so much more. The Carnival Vista will take the Carnival Breeze's place in September 2018, sailing 7-night Caribbean sailings.
The most recent news is that the Carnival Dream will be replacing the Carnival Valor in 2019. The Dream is a sister ship to the Carnival Breeze and the Carnival Magic that used to sail out of Galveston. The Carnival Dream will be conducting 4- and 5-night sailings to Mexico. This is unpresidented as it will be the first ship of its size to sail such an itinerary in the industry.
A new destination will be introduced on limited 5-night sailings beginning in 2019 - Costa Maya, Mexico.
All these changes are to change this up and give people who frequently sail the Western Caribbean and Carnival a little something new to look forward to.
