More Extensions of Suspensions
Published Wednesday, April 15th 2020Princess Cruises has extended their suspension of all sailings and cruisetours until the end of June 2020. Most sailings to Alaska and associated cruise tours have been cancelled for the 2020 Alaska season. The only exceptions are the Ruby Princess and Emerald Princess scheduled to sail roundtrip from Seattle on or after July 1, 2020. Princess is hopeful that these sailings will continue as planned.
All Alaska cruises that were scheduled to sail round trip from San Francisco on Star Princess and Los Angeles on Golden Princess after May 11, 2020, round trip have been cancelled.
Enchanted Princess sailings in Europe through July 31, 2020, have been cancelled.
Sun Princess sailings are cancelled through September 4, 2020.
Diamond Princess’ sailings through to August 4, 2020, are cancelled.
Clients have the option of a 125% future cruise credit for travel through to May 1, 2022. Or, a 100% refund.
Princess’ “Cruise with Confidence “ policy has been extended to sailings through October 15, 2020. Enabling those clients whose cruises are booked on cruises through that time to cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to scheduled departure date.
The policy gives those who wish to cancel the choice of a 100% future cruise credit or refund.
Final payment dates have been extended to being due 60 days prior to sailing date.
