Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that sailings originally slated to sail to the Eastern Caribbean will be rerouted to the Western Caribbean instead.
This is due to the devastation that was caused to many islands by Hurricane Irma.
The cruise lines always reserve the right to change itineraries as they deem necessary or required in the interest of the safety of their passengers.
Norwegian has deployed the Norwegian Sky to St. Thomas with supplies and to assist in the humanitarian effort to assist with the cleanup and restoration of the island.
