Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas have announced that they will further suspend their sailings scheduled to depart on or prior to April 30, 2021.  This is in response to the growing concern regarding COVID-19 as it impacts the world.

Regent Seven Seas will honor the lower price your clients have paid on comparable future itineraries, if rebooked by February 2, 2021. Plus, all the comparable sailings are combinable with the  Upgrade Your Horizon promotion, where you can enjoy a 2-Category Suite Upgrade and Reduced Deposits., Regent Reassurance has been extended for bookings made by February 28, 2021 on voyages departing through October 31, 2021. Clients who have paid in full may cancel up to 15 days prior to departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit.

Norwegian Cruise Line Is offering a 100% refund of the fare paid for those affected by this suspension back to the original form of payment. Monetary refunds will be processed automatically by NCL within 30 days. Please then allow 7-10 business days for funds to become visible back to the original form of payment. For those reservations paid via a previously issued FCC, 100% of the FCC used will be re-applied to the guest's Latitudes account within 7 days.  In addition, all current and active bookings affected by this suspension will automatically receive a 10% OFF discount on their next NCL cruise, valid for all published sailings through and including December 31, 2022. This 10% OFF discount will be applied to guests' Latitudes profiles by no later than January 20, 2021, and must be used within one year of issue date.
