Normally a two to three day in person event at a hotel or resort, followed by an inaugural cruise or land vacation FAMs (familiarization and firsthand learning experiences), thanks to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), this annual event was held virtually this year.

It is always a delightful experience for us to see and meet our travel partners in person.  Meet up with the home office team that supports us in many ways.  All of this benefits our clients as we receive the updates and insights that can help you enhance your experiences in dealing with us, planning and actual travel.

This year was no exception.  There are many exciting updates that we will be sharing and highlighting some of those updates and insight over the next few days.
