New Smoking Policy to be Enforced - Effective January 15, 2012

As of January 15, 2010, on all of their sailings to various worldwide destinations, passengers will not be able to smoke in their staterooms or on their balcony.

Violators will be charged a fine of $250 for each occurance.  The fine will be added to their Stateroom Foilio Account (Onboard spending account).

For those who desire to smoke they will find locations on board the ship to accommodate them.  These will include cigar lounges, a section of the nightclub and casino, and a portion of the open decks.
