We were among the first passengers on board the Norwegian Breakaway as we witnessed the ship's christening and its festivities, and were granted the privilege of sailing on this spectacular ship.
We come home amazed and thrilled with what we saw and experienced.
Thrilling - The entertainment is just that! You'll be thrilled as you walk the ropes course and glide down the amazing waterslides. The shows such as the Broadway hits "Rock of Ages" and "Burn the Floor" will leave you wanting more. 80's Party Theme Night complete with fireworks that will wow you.
Amazing - So many dining venues. 27 in total, with 11 being complimentary. The Ice Bar (martini bar) that is so cold you need to wear a specially created hooded cape to keep you warm. The Waterfront. An outdoor area consisting of a quarter mile walkway and outdoor cafe/dining opportunities with a picture perfect view.
Beautiful - Contemporary elegance throughout. Much like that of a premium cruise line. Brass, wood, and glass. Luxurious Haven Suites with an exclusive courtyard and more. Studio staterooms for the solo traveler.
The Ropes Course and the Waterfront are unique to the Norwegian Breakaway, and its sister ship the Norwegian Getaway. These two ships are also the first of the Norwegian fleet to offer fireworks.
This ship would be ideal for families, solo travellers, and those that enjoy adventure.
The Norwegian Breakaway sails roundtrip New York City to Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.
