Royal Caribbean promises to "Wow", and you certainly will be with these innovations to their newest ship, Quantum of the Seas. Hard to believe that these will be available on the ocean.
1) Bumper cars
2) Rip Cord - a skydiving experience. With wind tunnel.
3) Roller skating
3) Virtual balconies - all staterooms will have a view. Interior staterooms virtual reality view will be on an 80-inch screen.
4) Family interconnecting staterooms, with central corridor. Great for family get-togethers.
5) Studio staterooms, some with balcony, for the single/solo traveler.
6) North Star, a pod that allows you to overlook the ship below you, the ocean below you, and a great view of the ports of call. It holds up to 14 people, and is 300 feet above the ocean surface.
7) Sea Plex, Indoor sports area that will house the bumper cars, Rip Cord, roller skating, basketball and other activities.
8) 270 - large living room, or heart of the cruise ship. During the day a quiet and comfortable space to hang out and look at the views through 3 story glass windows. At night the glass windows tranform to large video screens. It will have a living room feeling, have a large dance floor, and ice bar.
9) Music Hall - live entertainment venue. Place for dancing and music entertainment. Will offer dance classes and more. DJ is in a pod that overhangs the dance floor.

1) Larger staterooms. 9% larger than those in the Oasis Class ships.
2) Flowrider - surf similator
3) Dreamworks experience. Shrek and friends.
