These large ship cruises will not be departing or returning to the U.S., but from nearby Caribbean islands to sail the Caribbean. River cruises within the U.S. will also begin. Rumors have it that Viking River Cruises will also commence sailing some of the rivers in Europe soon.
The big stipulation for passengers to board the ship- Everyone over the age of 18 must present evidence of having received the Covid-19 vaccines.
The industry is a buzz with the recent announcements, and people have begun booking travel as the world and cruising opens up.
